Customer Support Professional  (Agent)

Here are some basic requirements that every applicant would need to have:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required

  • At least 1 year of call center experience is helpful, but not required.

  • Must be motivated and dependable

  • Must be available to start within 30 days

  • A compatible laptop/desktop, landline phone, and USB Headset is required

You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 1000 companies such as major telecommunications, cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailers.

Background Check

All agents will be required to complete a background check. Requirements regarding the impact of background checks vary.

Voice Assessment

This is an automated 10 minute process that assesses voice clarity.

Complete Client Certification (online)
Each client has its own online certification classes. The classes will enable you to service the client's customers with confidence. Classes are typically 2-4 hours a day M-F for 4-8 weeks. The sessions are offered in the morning or evening. You can select which time is best for you.
